CRM -post Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle from booking to handover, focusing on **payment collections and documentation**.
- Follow up with customers on **payment dues**, issue reminders, and coordinate with the finance team to reconcile receipts.
- Ensure timely generation and sharing of **demand letters, receipts, NOCs**, and other financial documentation.
- Coordinate and ensure accurate **execution of sale agreements, construction agreements, and registration documents**.
- Maintain updated customer data, agreements, and payment records in CRM software.
- Liaise with internal legal, finance, and sales teams for seamless documentation and process execution.
- Support audits and ensure **compliance with RERA** and other regulatory documentation requirements.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Experience in **collections handling, documentation, and post-sales CRM** in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of **RERA documentation norms** and project registration processes.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and document tracking systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
