**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead data.
- Track and manage leads from various sources (digital, events, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
- Assign leads to appropriate sales team members and follow up on progress.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline client communication.
- Ensure timely responses to client queries and support post-sales communication.
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements in customer engagement.
- Segment clients for targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
- Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and security in the CRM database.
- Conduct CRM training for sales staff (if required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
