**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client communication after order placement through to payment collection
- Provide **after-sales service** and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively collect and document **genuine client feedback**:

- Handle and resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients on deliveries, service issues, and payments
- Support clients with detailed information about company products and services
- Act as the **single point of contact** for assigned clients
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
