Job Responsibility:
- Execute a comprehensive CRM Marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, content, art teams to develop compelling and engaging CRM assets, ensuring consistent brand message across all CRM channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide regular reports to the different stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM marketing to ensure we remain at the forefront of customer engagement.
- Monitor customer interaction and feedback and proactively address their queries and concerns.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CRM campaign execution.
- Should be comfortable with the CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership.
