- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of (CRM) software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Manage and update customer database in the CRM system
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and market trends
- CRM upgradation
- Lead Management
