**1.** **Customer relationship and Support: Post Sales support**
- Handle customer issues and RMAs efficiently and provide solution to customer. Ensure all customer issues are resolved within 24 hours in coordination with stakeholders in the most efficient and effective manner. Update System on any modification of orders.
- Ensure strong coordination with logistics companies for timely resolution of shipping issues.
- Support team in stock updation and management.
- Implement ideas for post sales and provide with 5 star customer experience and delight.
- Ensure strong communication and coordination with internal operations team.
Qualification: Basic qualification required is any degree. MBA, Mass communication would be an added advantage.
To have strong communication skills. Must have excellent fluency in spoken and written English. Additionally, must be comfortable to talk in Hindi. Good to have knowledge of spoken Tamil and Kannada. To have maturity, patience & empathy towards customers while discussing with them on their requirements. Should be a fast learner, have the drive to achieve and to be highly motivated.
Experience: Work experience in managing customer queries is an added advantage
Salary Range: 2.0 to 2.5 Lakhs (slightly negotiable depending on experience)
