Decotales Interior is seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager who values speed, precision, and accountability. We need a leader with an obsession for customer satisfaction and a passion for driving excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring error-free execution, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of all projects. In the event of any errors, both you and your team will be expected to take immediate responsibility, resolve the issues promptly by escalating them to management without delay, and ensure corrective measures are implemented swiftly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement & Rapport**: Build strong relationships with clients to establish trust and ensure a smooth and satisfying sales experience.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate new leads through multiple channels (referrals, social media, events, property networks, etc.) and develop creative ideas to grow the pipeline.

**- Referral Management**: Leverage client rapport to collect referrals and convert new leads into opportunities.

**- Follow-ups & Scheduling**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to schedule Experience Center (EC) or Virtual calls and maintain client engagement.

**- Portfolio Presentation**: Present Decotales’ portfolio, past projects, and design solutions effectively to help clients visualize their ideal spaces.

**- Design & Placement Guidance**: Provide placement suggestions and design recommendations aligned with client needs and preferences.

**- BOQ Preparation & Quote Comparison**: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), assist in quote comparisons, and communicate cost differences clearly.

**- Negotiation & Closure**: Use strong negotiation skills to address client concerns, finalize deals, and achieve sales targets.

**- Commitments & Handover**: Ensure clear commitments are given to clients and facilitate smooth handover to the design team for timely project execution.

**- Brand Representation**: Act as the front face of Decotales, embodying the company’s values and delivering a memorable customer experience.

**Qualifications and Expertise**
- 1-2 years of Sales experience in interior design or a related field.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- Strong client engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads through referrals and multiple channels.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quote comparison.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of home interiors, design trends, and placement ideas is an advantage.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
