**Job Summary**:
The Post-Sales Executive in Real Estate is responsible for managing the client relationship after the booking stage. This role ensures smooth coordination between the client and internal teams, handles documentation, payment follow-ups, and assists clients through the property possession process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients after booking their property.
- Manage all post-sales activities, including documentation, agreement execution, and registration processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Accounts, CRM, and Project Teams to ensure timely updates and seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer queries related to payment schedules, project status, legal documentation, and handover timelines.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, send reminders, and assist clients with payment plans.
- Ensure proper documentation for property registration, possession letters, and handover formalities.
- Address client concerns, provide prompt resolutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain updated client records in CRM systems and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Support client site visits, possession handovers, and other client engagement activities.
- Foster strong relationships to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of real estate processes, legal documentation, and property registration
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in post-sales, customer relationship management, or client servicing in the real estate sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
