**Skills Required**:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and marketing campaigns.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the requirements of prospects and propose appropriate solutions to address their specific needs.
- Product Knowledge in semiconductors / industrial automation firm : Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and provide viable solutions to maintain a positive sales momentum.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and inventory Manager to optimize sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market changes to effectively position our products and services.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving any issues, and promoting upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Requirements:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with high persuasiveness and professionalism, and proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Sales Techniques: Familiarity with modern sales techniques, objection handling strategies, and the ability to adapt them to different scenarios.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
