**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) for escalations.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (C-SAT).
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum **0-1 years of experience** in customer service/call center/voice process (freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal & written communication in **English and Hindi** (regional language is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Flexible to work in **rotational shifts** (if required).
