**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and identify new business opportunities.
- **Product/Service Promotion**: Present and explain the company’s products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads into sales by persuading potential customers to make purchases or sign contracts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain a positive relationship with leads, follow up on previous interactions, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- **CRM Updates**: Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve offerings.

- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (for freshers).

**Compensation**: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commission
