**Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Coordinator, Assurant-India**

**This position will be Hybrid Working at Bangalore location.**

**What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?**

**Sourcing**:

- Identifying potential talent sources through social media, professional networks, and other effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various online and social media resources (such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Searches, and Social Platforms) to build your pipeline.

**Interview Coordination**:

- Partner with Talent Acquisition on issues or concerns with the recruiting process as it relates to interview scheduling and coordinating.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (simple and complex, including video conference interviews) and maintain the interview calendar, archive and update information as needed
- Develop metrics to measure sourcing success.
- Create a proactive sourcing strategy to attract top talent.
- Create talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
- Assist recruiter with maintaining data integrity in applicant tracking system-Workday.
- Maintaining offline and online hiring trackers on a real time basis.
- Perform audits to ensure data accuracy
- Promote our employer brand online and offline.

**What are the requirements needed for this position?**
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- **Prior 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.**:

- **Prior experience as a Sourcing & Coordinator Specialist**:

- **Experience with Workday-Applicant Tracking System.**:

- **Experience in both IT & Non-IT hiring.**:

- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional written and verbal communication at all levels
- Ability to switch gears in responses to unexpected tasks and/or requests
- Demonstrate planning, organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective relationship management skills
- Exposure to highly confidential/sensitive information and ability to manage this information in a professional, discrete manner.
- **Solid in communication.
