**Build strategic pipelines**:

- Ensure details updated in ATS and assessment tools to improve efficiency, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing calendars for hiring managers and interview panels
- Support pre-employment processes, including reference checks.

**Recruitment Process Support**
- Work closely with PPC and hiring managers to facilitate an efficient and well-organised hiring process.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.**Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**:

- Liaise with hiring managers, PPC, and external vendors to coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and scheduling logistics.

**Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure adherence to company hiring policies, data privacy regulations, and recruitment best practices.
- Manage recruitment-related documentation, including contracts, compliance checks, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain organised recruitment records to support audit and reporting requirements.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
