We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Radware team in APAC & SSQ team recruitments.

**Location**: Bangalore

**What will you do?**- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team-
- Promote employer branding

**What do you need to succeed?**- at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a global high-tech company- Solid ability to conduct behavioral interviews- Hands-on experience with various selection processes- Hands-on experience with recruiting for tech and HQ roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong decision-making skills- Advantage- Regional recruitment experience is a must- English - High level/Fluent - MUST
