As Meragi expands operations across 5 cities, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our national talent acquisition efforts. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape our organisational structure and source top talent to drive our growth.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Organisational Design**:
**1. **Guide the organisational design process to align with strategic business objectives.
**2. **Collaborate with leadership to assess hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
**Talent Acquisition**:
**1. **Build and lead a team of recruiters, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across cities.
**2. **Meet hiring targets across various roles and locations.
**3. **Define clear and comprehensive profiles, JDS and KRAs for all positions.
**Requirements**:
**1. **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in a related field.
**2**. 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a startup/ fast paced environment.
**3**. Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
**4. **Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
**5. **Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
**6. **First principle thinking and strong program management skills.
