NIRAMAI Health Analytix is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Executive **with proven execution excellence and good communication skills to own talent acquisition and support business operations of the company.

**Primary roles & responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing talent acquisition process for Screening Operations Function pan India.
- Provide recruitment support to all departments and execute on the hiring strategy.
- Create & update Job Descriptions, as per the Organization Structure, to ensure they are accurate & relevant for hiring and managing talent
- Explore, Identify & Formalize Recruitment Partners and work with them for enabling the hiring process
- The incumbent will report to the CEO for talent acquisition and support other company operations.

**Requirements for the role**:

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Operations
- Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to explore new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Sound business acumen & ability to think out of the box
- Education : MBA Preferred; Graduate in any discipline
