**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming calls.
- **Office Organization**:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Monitor and manage office supplies.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Address and resolve administrative issues as they arise, seeking input from relevant parties when necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
