**Job Title: IT Sales Executive**
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

We are seeking **Freshers and Experienced IT Sales Executives** to join our expanding team Whether you're new to the IT sales industry or have a proven track record in tech sales, we welcome driven individuals who are eager to grow, achieve results, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote our IT solutions, products, and services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products and services to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- **Sales Experience**: A good understanding of sales processes, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong ability to understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.

- **Negotiation Skills**: Comfort with negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
