**Job Title: IT Sales Executive**

We are seeking **Freshers and Experienced** IT Sales Executives who are motivated, ambitious, and eager to drive business growth in the tech industry. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting our IT products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our IT products and services, including software solutions, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and security products.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing how our solutions meet the client’s requirements and providing clear value propositions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead the negotiation process, handle objections, and close sales by securing contracts and agreements with new clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position the company’s offerings effectively.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure smooth post-sales support for clients.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **For Freshers**: A strong interest in IT sales and technology, with a desire to learn about IT products and solutions.
- **For Experienced Professionals**: Proven experience in IT sales or related fields, with hands-on experience in selling software solutions, cloud services, hardware, or other IT products.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple and compelling way.
- **Sales Techniques**: Strong understanding of sales strategies, including lead generation, cold calling, solution selling, and closing techniques.
- **CRM Software**: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on sales activities.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals, handling objections effectively.
- **Technical Acumen**: Basic understanding of IT products and services like software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and hardware.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify client pain points and propose solutions that drive business value.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads, and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, tech support) to deliver optimal client solutions.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Freshers**: A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred, with an interest in IT sales and technology.
- **Experienced Professionals**: 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling IT products such as software, cloud solutions, or hardware is a plus.
- Certifications related to IT sales or technology (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a bonus.
