Must
- Excellent speaking skills in English
- 2-3 years of prior experience in international calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make cold calls to identify and generate leads of prospective home sellers.
- Clean up and maintain the existing database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Research potential leads and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and leads in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for senior real estate agents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Office Timing**: 6 AM to 2 PM IST / 8 AM - 4 PM IST
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferably in real estate).
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Experience working in the Australian or USA market is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other database management tools.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
