As a **Corporate Sales Executive**, you will play a key role in driving our corporate sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key clients. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and researching potential corporate clients.
- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**: Conduct tailored sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate terms with corporate clients to close high-value deals.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting specific industries, regions, or corporate sectors.
- **Proposal Creation**: Prepare detailed sales proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts in alignment with client needs and company offerings.
- **Client Onboarding & Support**: Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and understanding of product/service offerings.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**: Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports to management, and forecast future sales activities to ensure goals are met.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Communication & Presentation Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with corporate clients, present solutions, and negotiate deals.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven ability to sell B2B solutions, with experience in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to navigate complex negotiations, ensuring both the client’s needs and company’s objectives are met.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and consistently surpassing expectations.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement strategies for targeting and securing corporate clients in a competitive market.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- **Time Management & Organization**: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability & Problem-Solving**: Ability to adapt to changes in the market, handle objections, and provide creative solutions to meet client needs.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management is preferred but not required.
