IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
- Promote IT solutions, products, and services to potential and existing clients.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s IT products, services, and solutions.
- Explain and demonstrate features and benefits to prospective clients.
- **Sales Execution**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales and ensure timely follow-ups for successful implementation.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
