**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide product information, answer customer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage and influence potential clients.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to drive sales and qualify leads with a consultative approach.

- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to adapt to new tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective time management and ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
