**Job Title**: Inside Sales Associate

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

As an **Inside Sales Associate**, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by reaching out to prospective clients, managing inbound inquiries, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into sales. You will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to inbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in preparing and sending sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications to clients.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales opportunities.
- **Sales Follow-up**: Track and follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure a smooth sales process and close deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs and objections.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the outside sales team and other internal departments to ensure the successful closing of sales.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and internal teams.
- **Sales Skills**: A strong understanding of sales principles, including the ability to listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Ability to build rapport with customers, actively listen, and respond to their concerns or questions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, track sales activities, and ensure accuracy in the CRM system.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up on leads, and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Adaptability & Learning**: Willingness to learn and stay updated on product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
