In a nutshell, the global customer experience team plays a crucial role in acquiring clients, and driving them to harness the full potential of our wide range of deliverables, while positioning Frost & Sullivan as a Growth Pipeline Company. Overview:
The primary work of the Executive is to analyze requests and queries and convert them as leads for Sales follow up. Leads are positive responses or enquiries from clients. Marketing Campaigns are sent out by the Digital Marketing team to various targeted customers and those who are interested in buying our products or participate in our events will respond to us. We process these responses as leads and send it to the appropriate account executives or the sales managers of the respective Business teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the nature of request from clients and categorizing the priority of follow up
- Prospective contacts and accounts to be researched and added to our CRM Database
- Companies are researched on the basis of turnover & Employee Size and update the database
- Elimination of Duplicates from the current DB
- Analyzing the client’s company for categorizing their primary business industry
- Ability to validate enquiries from multiple databases
- Follow up with Sales team on progress of the leads and support them with specific instructions
- Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
- Develop excellent quality content
- Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience

Qualifications:

- Knowledge on MS Office (Excel / PPT and Word)
- Should handle time based targets
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi task
- Team Player
- Graduate
- Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
- Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
