Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Enter and update customer data and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer data and reporting.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns and follow-ups.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments for CRM system improvements and automation.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM or a customer service/sales support role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in B2B/B2C customer interaction.
