**CRM Executive**

**About the Role**:
Zet Realty is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **CRM Executive** to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will manage the end-to-end customer relationship lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with property registrations and approvals, payment follow-ups, and much more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and other teams to assist clients with property registration and approval processes.
- Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of dues while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments to address queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling and conducting property handovers, walkthroughs, and related customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, timelines, and other relevant details.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and work towards improving client retention and satisfaction rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience in CRM tools or customer relationship management is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, including property registration and approvals, is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
