**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships and enhance retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, earning incentives based on performance.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to track customer interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and optimize customer journeys.
- Provide timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive additional sales.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
- Report on sales performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on lead conversion to sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a performance-based incentive structure.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
