Job Description for BDE:
Job Title - Business Development Executive
Reports To - Sales Manager
Skills Required - TeleCaller / Counseling / Outbound Calling

Roles and Responsibilities
- Call Potential learners and engage with them
- Post Engagement, Convert these learners into paid customers
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
Input Metrics/Daily Target
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 5.5 hours of total talktime & 4 hours of connected talktime on a daily basis
- Achieving Sales Targets on a month on month basis
Requirements
- Any Graduate / PostGraduate
- Proven experience of atleast 6 months in Outbound Calling, TeleSales (EdTech sector or as an
Education Counselor is an added advantage)
- Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation
- Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
- Immediate Joiners
- Have their own laptops and an active internet connection
Salary
- INR 16,000/- to 18,000/- per month

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Remote: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
