**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at brand and agency levels.
- Create tailored proposals and pitch decks that align with client goals and Mad Influence’s service offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and operations) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Act as the point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and content innovations.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline and report regularly on business development performance.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an **advertising agency or influencer marketing environment**.
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on networking and strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
