Role: Brand Marketing & Communication Associate

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

The Brand Research & Development Specialist will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility through in-depth research and strategic development. They will work closely with the marketing team to analyze brand positioning, identify opportunities for growth, and develop actionable strategies to elevate the brand’s market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Perception**: Track brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve brand perception and engagement.

**Brand Positioning**: An expert in assessing and managing brand positioning, experience with rebranding is exhibited via business demand, interviews with stakeholders, and execution in coordination with design and marketing teams. Exp in ORM etc

**Strategic Communications**: Develop and lead the execution of a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the business goals and objectives. This includes creating messaging frameworks, content strategies, and channels to effectively reach target audiences.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Identify and prioritise key stakeholders, including those that have an impact on brand positioning within the market. Develop strategies to engage and build relationships with these groups.

**Content Alignment**: Oversee the development of compelling and relevant content, including leadership communication, articles, internal social media updates, and other materials that align with strategic messaging.

**Strategic Marketing Campaigns**: Working with business line marketing teams and discipline teams to provide alignment within teams and support on key strategic marketing campaigns/priorities.

**Campaigns**: Work closely with the Marketing and Communications leads in support delivery of campaigns aligned to the business strategy.

**Champion Collaboration**: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across sectors. Challenge existing norms and processes to drive creativity and excellence in activity.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum 3-4 years branding and promotions

Excellent verbal and written skills in English including writing, editing, and proofreading.

Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and be able to work equally effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret brand data.

**Preferred Skill**

Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a variety of projects and task

Proficient in Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Client centric attitude, embracing the company brand and values

Digital skills: Experience in delivering content through multi-media and digital platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.

**Qualifications**

Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related degree level education

Marketing & communications experience in a professional services environment
