We are seeking a creative and dynamic Brand Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our marketing team. The Brand Designer will play a crucial role in shaping and evolving the Venturaz brand identity, ensuring it resonates with our mission and appeals to our target audience of innovative startups and investors.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and refine Venturaz’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Create engaging designs for a variety of channels, including digital marketing materials, website, social media and corporate collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visually compelling campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Oversee the design and production of branded materials, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the Venturaz brand fresh and relevant

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, digital, and print design.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Sketch.
- Experience with web design and familiarity with web development technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
