**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications and ensure their needs are met.

2. Developing Communication Strategies:

- Understand client objectives and develop tailored communication strategies.
- Analyze target audiences and create effective messaging to engage them.

3. Content Creation:

- Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

4. Brand Messaging:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and refine brand voice and positioning.

5. Creative Direction:

- Oversee the creative process for communication materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives.

6. Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute communication campaigns to promote client brands.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.

7. Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management:

- Monitor brand mentions and media coverage.
- Address any issues that may impact brand reputation.

8. Internal Communication:

- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with client objectives and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative communication strategies that drive results.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and media relations practices.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand communication.
