**Job Title**: Digital Brand Strategist
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Brand Strategy Development**: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital brand strategies that align with the overall business and marketing goals. Ensure strategies reflect the brand’s values, positioning, and resonate with target audiences across digital platforms.
- **Brand Positioning & Messaging**: Define and articulate clear, compelling brand messages that drive awareness, engagement, and differentiation in a competitive digital landscape. Develop positioning strategies that enhance the brand’s presence in the digital ecosystem.
- **Audience Insights & Segmentation**: Utilize data and analytics to identify key audience segments and behavioral patterns. Develop personalized strategies to engage different customer segments effectively across digital touchpoints.
- **Content Strategy & Development**: Work with content teams to develop a strategic approach to content creation and distribution. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, is relevant to target audiences, and supports lead generation and customer retention.
- **Brand Performance Monitoring**: Track, measure, and analyze brand performance through KPIs such as engagement, sentiment analysis, brand awareness, website traffic, and conversion rates. Use insights to continuously refine strategies for better results.
- **Campaign Innovation & Optimization**: Lead the ideation and execution of innovative digital brand campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Use data-driven insights to continually optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- **Market & Competitor Research**: Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to ensure the brand remains relevant, competitive, and responsive to shifts in the digital landscape.
- **Team Leadership & Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, creative environment.
- **Brand Advocacy & Thought Leadership**: Represent the brand’s digital voice internally and externally, sharing insights on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities. Lead conversations around digital brand evolution within the organization.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital brand strategies.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strong expertise in building digital brand strategies that align with business objectives. Ability to think long-term while delivering short-term impactful results.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Expertise in using data and analytics to shape strategy and inform decisions. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and customer segmentation platforms.
- **Content Development & Strategy**: Ability to guide content creation and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy. Strong understanding of how content drives brand engagement and customer loyalty in the digital space.
- **Creative Leadership**: A deep understanding of how creative elements (design, copy, video) can drive brand engagement. Experience collaborating with creative teams to execute cohesive and innovative digital campaigns.
- **Consumer Insights**: Strong ability to analyze and interpret consumer data, identify trends, and develop strategies based on insights that resonate with target audiences.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term execution.
- **Communication & Leadership**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience working with large-scale digital brands, particularly in consumer-facing industries.
- Familiarity with brand tracking tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker) and social listening platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Experience with brand identity and positioning in a digital-first environment.
