**Job Title**: B2B Digital Marketing Strategist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Design and implement lead generation strategies that attract high-quality B2B leads, nurture them through the funnel, and convert them into sales-ready opportunities. Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and track performance.
- **Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**: Develop and manage ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, driving personalized campaigns that engage key decision-makers at strategic companies. Work closely with sales teams to align efforts and improve lead conversion rates.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**: Collaborate with content teams to create valuable, educational, and informative content (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts, eBooks, webinars) that speaks directly to the pain points of B2B customers. Ensure content is aligned with SEO and lead generation goals.
- **SEO & SEM Strategy**: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility in search engines. Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and qualified leads to the website.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and insights on metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, traffic, engagement, and ROI.
- **Cross-Channel Marketing**: Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring a consistent and integrated brand message. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce cohesive campaigns.
- **Paid Advertising**: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B-focused ad networks. Monitor budget allocation, ad performance, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns for the best ROI.
- **CRM & Marketing Automation**: Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to streamline marketing processes, track customer journeys, and ensure leads are properly nurtured throughout the sales funnel.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide strategic recommendations to position the company effectively in the market.
- **Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on target accounts. Collaborate with the product team to develop messaging and content that supports product launches and customer engagement.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and multi-channel strategies.
- **B2B Marketing Expertise**: Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads and drive sales for B2B organizations. Experience in industries such as SaaS, technology, or professional services is a plus.
- **Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**: Expertise in building and managing ABM campaigns, including targeting key decision-makers, personalizing outreach, and working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
- **SEO & SEM Knowledge**: Advanced knowledge of SEO techniques to drive organic traffic and visibility. Strong experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
- **Content Marketing**: Expertise in developing content strategies that drive engagement, educate prospects, and support the sales funnel. Ability to work with content teams to produce high-quality, relevant content for B2B audiences.
- **CRM & Marketing Automation Proficiency**: Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to manage leads, segment audiences, and optimize campaigns.
- **Analytics & Data-Driven**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns. Expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights to track campaign success and ROI.
- **Paid Media Expertise**: Experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B advertising channels. Ability to optimize campaigns for the best ROI.
- **Project Management**: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, product, and content teams, to align digital strategies with broader organizational goals.
