**Job Summary**:
The Brand and Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals. This role includes creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent communication across all channels. The strategist will formulate innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and manage social media presence by developing engaging content. They will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, the strategist will monitor campaign performance, provide insights through regular reporting, and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand alignment and market presence.

Key responsibilities

Brand Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Marketing Strategy:

- Formulate innovative and results-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Social Media Management:

- Oversee and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Develop engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, and videos, to build a strong online community.
Content Creation:

- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products, services, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration and Networking:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand development, marketing strategy, and social media management.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledgeable of client servicingExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
