About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing impactful brand campaigns that drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth for Paytm. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and strong execution skills to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with the Brand Head to develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with Paytm's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key consumer insights and market trends.
Develop and manage brand budgets effectively.
Campaign Conceptualization & Execution:
Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative and engaging brand campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, TV, print, OOH, etc.).
Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including creative development, media planning and buying, production, and post-campaign analysis.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Brand Measurement & Optimization:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights to maximize ROI.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to the Brand Head.
Brand Health & Reputation Management:
Monitor and analyze brand sentiment and reputation across various channels.
Proactively identify and address potential brand crises and issues.
Contribute to building a strong and positive brand image for Paytm.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier B-school.
5-6 years of professional experience in brand marketing, preferably with a focus on consumer technology or FMCG brands.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact brand campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and marketing technology tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital marketing and social media marketing.
Experience with brand measurement and attribution modeling.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
