PR, Branding & Marketing Executive

**Location**: Noida (On-Site)
**Stipend**: ₹15,000 to 20,000 per month + Incentives
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days a Week
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years

Book My Kitty is India's first **kitty party management company**, revolutionizing how ladies host their events. We collaborate with top restaurants, brands, and sponsors to provide **exclusive discounts, gift hampers, and premium event experiences.**

**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a **proactive and passionate PR, Branding & Marketing Executives** who can **develop brand partnerships, secure sponsorships, and enhance the brand’s outreach.** If you love networking, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities:1. PR & Branding**:

- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance Book My Kitty’s presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media houses for brand visibility.
- Assist in crafting compelling press releases, articles, and social media content.
- Coordinate interviews, brand mentions, and collaborations for media outreach.

**2. Marketing & Business Development**:

- Identify and secure tie-ups with **brands across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, and entertainment** for promotional collaborations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase the outreach of **Book My Kitty’s platform**.
- Conceptualize and execute **brand activations, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.**:

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance promotional efforts.

**3. Event Sponsorship & Partnerships**:

- Approach and onboard sponsors for **Book My Kitty events**.
- Create attractive sponsorship proposals and pitch them to potential partners.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals and ensure **maximum value for both Book My Kitty and sponsors.**:

- Manage sponsor relationships and ensure brand visibility during events.

**4. Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new marketing strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve branding efforts.

**Requirements**:
**Graduate/ Postgraduate** in Marketing, Business, PR, or related fields (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
**Strong communication and negotiation skills.**
Ability to build relationships and maintain long-term brand collaborations.
**Creativity & out-of-the-box thinking** for marketing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Highly energetic, **proactive, and passionate** about marketing and event management.
Comfortable with fieldwork, meetings, and attending events when required.
