**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain DGTAL PR’s services, including website development, SEO, and lead generation, to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the company’s criteria.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team or follow up for closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, website development) is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
