We're Hiring | PR Specialist & PR Associate – Sudarshan TV Channel LTD

Are you passionate about building strong media relationships, managing brand image, and driving public perception? Sudarshan TV Channel LTD, one of India's premier national news networks, is looking for dynamic and well-connected PR professionals to join our Communication & Outreach team.

PR Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote channel programming, events, and brand initiatives.

Build and maintain strong media relations with journalists, news agencies, influencers, and stakeholders.

Draft press releases, media kits, public statements, and crisis communication plans.

Organize press conferences, media briefings, interviews, and on-ground activations.

Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and manage brand reputation across platforms.

Collaborate with internal departments to align PR with marketing, digital, and editorial efforts.

PR Associate – Key Responsibilities:

Support the PR team in daily operations including media outreach and event coordination.

Assist in preparing press materials, newsletters, and social PR content.

Maintain media contact lists and track press coverage for performance reporting.

Help coordinate logistics for interviews, public appearances, and internal campaigns.

Act as a liaison during live events, panel discussions, and public announcements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • PR Specialist: 4–7 years in PR, journalism, media relations, or communications.
  • PR Associate: 1–3 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media coordination.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
  • Existing media network and comfort in fast-paced news environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in PR, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.

Location: Noida, UP (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Based on experience + performance bonuses
