**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 - Business Development Support**:
- Assist the Partnerships & Alliances team in identifying and onboarding new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Support in preparing and delivering client pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership deliverables.
- Track and manage the closure of partnership deals.
**2 - Employer Branding Support**:
- Ideate, curate, and manage engaging content for the social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent and effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, graphics, and other materials for campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, or a related technical domain.
- Minimum of 6 months of internship experience in business development, partnerships, social media management, or a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
