We aim to make credit accessible and stress-free for everyone no paperwork, no long waits.   About the Role   We are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to lead and execute our strategic partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills who can drive revenue and business expansion through strategic alliances.  Key Responsibilities:,   Develop and implement the company’s partnership strategy aligned with business goals.  Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value strategic partners.  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.  Lead partnership negotiations, contracts, and agreements to maximise mutual value.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for successful partnership execution.  Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance and ROI.  Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.  Lead, mentor, and manage the partnerships team.  Skills and Qualifications:   Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.  Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through partnerships.  Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.  Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimise partnership performance.  Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.  Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
