**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Executive / Junior Paid Ads Specialist

**Experience Level**: Entry-Level (Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Focus on lead generation, e-commerce, and mobile advertising strategies.
- **Analytics and Tracking**:

- Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- **Budget Planning and Execution**:

- Create comprehensive budget and media spend plans.
- Present budget plans to clients with clear justifications and expected outcomes.
- Execute, monitor, and report on budget plans, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- **Reporting and Presentation**:

- Prepare detailed presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Communicate campaign results and insights effectively to line managers and clients.
- **Platform Expertise**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising.
- Proven experience with Meta and Google ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GTM and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pace collaborative Environments
