**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with content writing and creating engaging ad copy is essential.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook Ads), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
