The Senior Performance Marketer will develop and execute comprehensive strategies across paid search, social media, display, and other performance-driven channels. You will lead campaign management, optimization, and reporting to ensure client and business growth objectives are consistently met.
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance to uncover insights, refine tactics, and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, brand goals, and audience targeting.
- Lead testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Generate detailed performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign success.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue and ROI.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other key platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to strategy and problem-solving.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
