Overview:

The primary focus of this role is to oversee performance marketing campaigns, audit accounts, and lead a team of digital marketers to drive results for our clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels including PPC, SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Account Auditing: Conduct regular audits of client accounts to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing regular updates on campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance, foster collaboration, and achieve departmental goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve campaign objectives and drive results.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and achievements. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Share knowledge and expertise with team members and contribute to the development of new strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on PPC, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results for clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
