**Job Overview**:
As a Performance Marketing Executive at Story Sphere, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will involve analyzing data, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance our clients' digital marketing efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for achieving measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- **Optimization**: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify the best-performing variations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- **Audience Targeting**: Define and refine target audiences to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant and engaged users.
- **Keyword Research**: Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy and landing pages accordingly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
