**Job Summary**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage paid search, display, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing to drive leads and conversions.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure the highest possible ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Provide in-depth performance analysis and reporting to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and track KPIs and metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the B2B or SaaS sector.
- Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns with strong ROI outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
- A deep understanding of the restaurant industry is a plus.
