**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and **optimize website and social media profiles** for engagement and lead generation.
- Execute and monitor **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** campaigns for **maximum ROI**.
- Analyze and generate reports on **campaign performance**, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with **design and content teams** to create engaging marketing materials.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes**.
- Allocate and manage **marketing budgets** effectively to ensure **cost-efficient results**.
- Monitor and respond to **online reviews and audience feedback** to maintain brand reputation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Proven experience** as a **Digital Marketing Manager** or similar role.
- Expertise in **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)**.
- Strong understanding of **SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing**.
- Experience working in **startups or high-growth environments** is a plus.
- **Proficiency in marketing analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- **Strong analytical and strategic thinking** skills.
- Excellent **communication and collaboration** abilities.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** in a **fast-paced environment**.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field** (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
