**Job Overview**:
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how data-driven marketing strategies are implemented and how to drive measurable growth for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Support in conducting keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Help prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to optimize ad copy and creatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ad platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Assist in budget tracking and spend allocation across campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
